Located at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, MI on 11-6 with the boys D1 race at 2:00 and the girls at 3:00. Guys will leave town at 7:30 and return by 8:30.

Regionals 10-30

Athletes released at noon for 12:15 departure.
Race held on Allendale High School campus with the boys race at 12:30 and the grils race at 1:30.
Guys should be home by 6:00 after watching the girls race and stopping for food.

Tomorrow athletes released at 12:15 for 12:30 depart.
Varsity race at 4:00, JV at 5:00. Gaylord Country Club.
Parents, would love your support but please do not come into or around team camp.
Wed-Thu-Fri practice 3:15 from school.
Saturday bus 7:00 to Elk Rapids. Race at 9:00; jv only.

Revision + Elk Rapids

The guys will be released from school at 12:30 instead of 1:00 this Tuesday for BNC#3. I misjudged the time it will take to get to Gaylord.
The Elk Rapids Invite is Saturday, October 23rd. I will be holding out the varsity so all guys will race at 9:00 a.m. A bus has been scheduled for 7:00 a.m. from school and we should be back by 11:30 since we plan to watch the middle school boys race at 10:30. The meet is at Cherryland Middle School in Elk Rapids. Take 31 north, right on Ames Street, right on Brand Street, left on East 3rd Street.

4:00 Boys Varsity, 4:30 Girls Varsity, 5:00 Combined Boys and Girls Junior Varsity
Directions: Take 72 east 20 miles to Kalkaska then north 27 miles on 131 then east 18 miles on 32. The course will be on the left. Pasta party Monday night with information to follow.

Practice Update

Sunday 11 am or 4 pm at Vet’s Park for varsity. A 40

Monday 3:15 TCW for result sheet (no chalk talk) then to Hickory Meadows. Varsity 5×1.4 loop with 1st loop warmup then 4@10:00 or better, remainder of B60 down. JV same warmup then 3@12:00 or better, remainder of B50 down.

The warmup jackets and pants have arrived. Cost of the pants are $30 and embroidered jackets $60. Once money is received I will distribute them to the athletes. If writing a check please make it out to Ross Deye.

Practice time on Saturday, October 16th is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. since there are athletes taking the ACT test in the morning. Please make a note of this since it is a very important practice day.

Update/Revision/Pasta

Update: The team will be released at 2:00 tomorrow in order to get over and review the course prior to their race.

Revision: The bus is scheduled to leave TC West at 7:00 a.m. Saturday for Portage. Again, we want to get there in plenty of time to review the course.

Pasta party: Friday, 5:00 p.m. at the Carter’s. Details will follow. Please make every attempt to attend!

All members of the team will compete. The bus will leave school at 8:00 a.m. and return around 8:30 p.m.

Directions: Take 37 to 115 to 131 south to 94 east. Turn right on Oakland Drive and go 1.5 miles to Romence Road. Turn right and go ¾ mile then left on Moorsbridge Road ¼ mile.

Carson City/BNC 10-5

Everyone competes at CC except six who ran Jackson. (Kucera, Laursen, Kulka, Swogger, K.Hall, Clark) Varsity for CC are Carter, Chargo, Hawke, Painter, Rayel-Wilson, Monhoney, Zenner.

Next Tuesday is BNC Meet #2 at Courtade Elementary School on 1111 Rasho Road. Take Garfield south to Hammond east which turns into High Lake Rd. then Supply Rd. Right on Rasho Road about 1/2 mile. Boys race at 4;00, Girls race at 4:40, junior high boys/girls at 5:00.
